Valentine’s Partner Yoga, February 14, 7-8:15pm

We’ve got your Valentine date night covered! Grab a partner and join in a sweet yoga flow that incorporates partner poses and introductory acroyoga postures. Partners deepen their connection by helping one another maintain balance, alignment, and focus. Woo your love or friend with a delightful challenge that includes playfulness amidst supportive exploration.

About the Instructors:Valentine's Yoga
These two have been practicing and teaching together for some time. Both bring a good dose of fun to their teaching and aim to make partner yoga enjoyable and approachable.

Ariel has a strong dance and circus background. Her love for yoga began years ago when she decided to refine her movement practice. Yoga taught her to slow down, breathe deeper, and to simply just be. Ariel infuses her classes with playfulness, enthusiasm and understanding.

Nikki began practicing yoga as a way to quiet her mind and connect with her inner Self. She believes in the simple beauty of unifying breath with movement, and using this tool to deepen the connection to both the energetic and physical universe. She enjoys helping students discover the advantages of all that Yoga has to offer, improving the well-being of body, mind and spirit.
