Thanksgiving Yoga Practice, November 22

Join us on Thanksgiving for a special hour of yoga at 9-10 am. The class will focus on burning calories through active vinyasa flows, steadying minds in preparation for the socialization to come – and setting the body up for good digestion. Come alone or share the session with family and friends to start the day on a note of rejuvenation, peace, and gratitude.  All regular/unlimited class passes apply. Sign up early as this class often fills!
