This November we’re adding two new yoga classes for you! Kasandra will lead a Vinyasa class at 9:15am on Fridays. Mariah is introducing a purely Restorative Yoga class on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. The Restorative Yoga class will consist of using props to settle into insanely relaxing, meditative poses. There may only be 4-10 poses in one class and each designed to calm and completely rest your body and mind. Both classes begin the second week of November – Tuesday, November 6 for Restorative and Friday, November 9 for Vinyasa. Be sure to check both out!
