Steph leads from a place of joy, good humor, strength and dedication. She was introduced to yoga in the early 2000s and started developing an integrated practice upon moving to Eugene in 2009. As a longtime Mudra student and RYT 200, Steph gravitates toward a more physical practice for grounding and to learn how to move in new ways. She teaches vinyasa and restorative yoga, and aims to bring a happy, down-to-earth vibe to the classes she teaches. Steph loves learning how yoga fits into every part of her life, and spends the better part of her days laughing, playing with her dog, staying active, and gardening. She is easy to laugh with and enjoys creating a welcoming space in which to share the practice.
