Emily in Brief

Emily Mudra YogaEmily strongly believes that a yoga practice offers a path toward mental, physical, and emotional resilience. A growing love of yoga since youth led her to complete her first teacher training in Hyderabad, India, 2009 and to continue her study at Freedom Yoga in Eugene. Emily loves her own practice and believes it is an honor to guide group practices. She is dedicated to crafting practices that help the body flourish, and that focus on safe principles of alignment.
